Last year most property sales in Hillingdon involved flats which sold for on average £322,936. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £497,713, while terraced properties fetched £426,285.
Hillingdon, with an overall average price of £448,143 was cheaper than nearby Ealing (£567,048), Hounslow (£504,544) and Hammersmith And Fulham (£989,631). The priciest area within Hillingdon was Moor Park (£1,514,121) and the least expensive was Heathrow (£306,250).
During the last year, sold prices in Hillingdon were similar to the previous year and 14% up on 2015 when the average house price was £394,230.
