Last year most property sales in Hodge Hill involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £205,907. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £157,053, while flats fetched £87,181.
Hodge Hill, with an overall average price of £188,298 was more expensive than nearby Shard End (£157,685) and Stechford (£162,968), but was cheaper than Castle Bromwich (£198,838).
During the last year, sold prices in Hodge Hill were 16% up on the previous year and 20% up on 2007 when the average house price was £157,496.
