Most of the sales in Husbands Bosworth over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £409,391. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £267,166 and terraced properties averaged at £198,238.
Husbands Bosworth, with an overall average price of £291,141, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Market Harborough (£291,705), but was more expensive than Fleckney (£226,785) and cheaper than Gilmorton (£583,667).
In the past year house prices in Husbands Bosworth were 20% up on the year before and 17% up on 2005 when they averaged at £249,128.
