Most of the sales in Husbands Bosworth over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £254,571. Detached properties had an average sold price of £354,289 and terraced properties averaged at £209,890.
Husbands Bosworth, with an overall average price of £261,359 was more expensive than nearby Fleckney (£212,454), but was cheaper than Gilmorton (£537,422) and Market Harborough (£285,141).
In the past year house prices in Husbands Bosworth were similar to the year before and 5% up on 2005 when they averaged at £249,128.
