Last year most property sales in Ickenham involved flats which sold for on average £405,312. Detached properties sold for an average price of £759,468, while semi-detached properties fetched £618,562.
Ickenham, with an overall average price of £531,168, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby West Ruislip (£526,374) and Ruislip Common (£526,374), but was more expensive than North Hillingdon (£434,781).
During the last year, sold prices in Ickenham were 14% down on the previous year and 6% down on 2015 when the average house price was £564,556.
