Last year most property sales in Illogan involved detached properties which sold for on average £259,300. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £188,072, while terraced properties fetched £149,921.
Illogan, with an overall average price of £214,879 was more expensive than nearby Redruth (£167,831) and Camborne (£168,636), but was cheaper than Portreath (£261,965).
During the last year, sold prices in Illogan were similar to the previous year and 11% up on 2013 when the average house price was £193,917.
