Most of the sales in Iver Heath over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £536,941. Detached properties had an average sold price of £1,001,563 and terraced properties averaged at £390,833.
Iver Heath, with an overall average price of £579,764, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Iver (£593,316) and Richings Park (£588,831), but was more expensive than Denham (£516,793).
In the past year house prices in Iver Heath were 22% up on the year before and 31% up on 2015 when they averaged at £443,296.
