Kempley, with an overall average price of £356,667 was more expensive than nearby Dymock (£313,563) and Kempley Green (£320,369), but was cheaper than Much Marcle (£473,750).
During the last year, sold prices in Kempley were similar to the previous year and 20% down on 2007 when the average house price was £446,000.
