The majority of sales in Kings Norton during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £172,988. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £219,963, with flats fetching £109,071.
Kings Norton, with an overall average price of £189,714, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Stirchley (£181,012), but was more expensive than Northfield (£169,707) and cheaper than Bournville (£241,680).
Overall sold prices in Kings Norton over the last year were similar to the previous year and 8% up on the 2015 level of £174,916.
