Most of the sales in Kingsbury over the past year were flats which on average sold for £424,474. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £500,796 and semi-detached properties averaged at £536,537.
Kingsbury, with an overall average price of £452,048, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Kingsbury Green (£435,626), Roe Green Village (£443,537) and Preston (£462,622).
In the past year house prices in Kingsbury were 5% up on the year before and 12% up on 2015 when they averaged at £405,220.
