Most of the sales in Knowle over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £630,995. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £417,401 and terraced properties averaged at £376,836.
Knowle, with an overall average price of £512,820 was more expensive than nearby Solihull (£311,969) and Hampton-In-Arden (£448,096), but was cheaper than Dorridge (£545,735).
In the past year house prices in Knowle were 5% up on the year before and 19% up on 2015 when they averaged at £432,157.
