Most of the sales in Lane End over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £309,375. Detached properties had an average sold price of £543,500 and semi-detached properties averaged at £520,625.
Lane End, with an overall average price of £416,000 was more expensive than nearby High Wycombe (£336,482), but was cheaper than Marlow (£695,454) and Naphill (£583,328).
In the past year house prices in Lane End were 17% down on the year before and 10% up on 2015 when they averaged at £378,103.
