Most of the sales in Langport over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £349,585. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £254,750 and terraced properties averaged at £212,719.
Langport, with an overall average price of £286,593 was more expensive than nearby Somerton (£267,033) and Martock (£234,032), but was cheaper than South Petherton (£314,833).
In the past year house prices in Langport were 6% down on the year before and similar to 2016 when they averaged at £282,515.
