Lawrenny, with an overall average price of £210,000, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Llangwm (£218,860), but was more expensive than Cresselly (£182,500) and cheaper than Cosheston (£245,251).
In the past year house prices in Lawrenny were 34% down on the year before and 50% down on 2008 when they averaged at £420,000.
There were only 2 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
