Most of the sales in Llanddulas over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £219,650. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £174,833 and terraced properties averaged at £170,000.
Llanddulas, with an overall average price of £194,111 was more expensive than nearby Llysfaen (£141,672) and Old Colwyn (£171,976), but was cheaper than Rhyd-Y-Foel (£219,786).
In the past year house prices in Llanddulas were similar to the year before and 16% up on 2007 when they averaged at £167,811.
