Last year most property sales in Llangattock-Vibon-Avel involved detached properties which sold for on average £394,826. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £184,592, while semi-detached properties fetched £215,301.

Llangattock-Vibon-Avel, with an overall average price of £298,878 was cheaper than nearby Skenfrith (£478,333), Pen-Y-Fan (£334,781) and Mitchell-Troy United (£334,781).

During the last year, sold prices in Llangattock-Vibon-Avel were 13% up on the previous year and 17% up on 2008 when the average house price was £255,319.
