The majority of sales in Llanmorlais during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £195,167. Detached properties sold for an average of £217,500, with semi-detached properties fetching £124,000.
Llanmorlais, with an overall average price of £180,643, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Penclawdd (£182,232), but was cheaper than Gower (£266,227) and Three Crosses (£294,035).
Overall sold prices in Llanmorlais over the last year were 32% down on the previous year and 19% down on the 2015 level of £222,714.
