Most of the sales in Mancot over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £163,222. Detached properties had an average sold price of £221,500 and terraced properties averaged at £104,375.
Mancot, with an overall average price of £163,818, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Deeside (£161,690), but was more expensive than Queensferry (£132,445) and cheaper than Hawarden (£218,314).
In the past year house prices in Mancot were 7% down on the year before and 7% up on 2008 when they averaged at £152,922.
