Last year most property sales in Mangotsfield involved terraced properties which sold for on average £253,692. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £268,922, while flats fetched £170,020.
Mangotsfield, with an overall average price of £256,758, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Fishponds (£251,255), but was more expensive than Staple Hill (£233,737) and cheaper than Frenchay Common (£514,000).
During the last year, sold prices in Mangotsfield were similar to the previous year and 15% up on 2015 when the average house price was £223,155.
