Most of the sales in Marton-In-Cleveland over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £251,248. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £162,694 and terraced properties averaged at £138,374.
Marton-In-Cleveland, with an overall average price of £199,560, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Marton (£199,954), but was more expensive than Coulby Newham (£159,223) and Ormesby (£131,389).
In the past year house prices in Marton-In-Cleveland were 4% up on the year before and 4% up on 2015 when they averaged at £192,221.
