The majority of sales in Mickley Square during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £157,159. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £239,330, with detached properties fetching £457,259.
Mickley Square, with an overall average price of £270,662 was more expensive than nearby Prudhoe (£160,997) and Ovingham Village (£174,880), but was cheaper than Riding Mill (£368,873).
Overall sold prices in Mickley Square over the last year were 9% down on the previous year and 12% down on the 2010 level of £306,015.
