Most of the sales in Mirfield over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £170,024. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £125,662 and detached properties averaged at £293,623.
Mirfield, with an overall average price of £190,130, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Kirkheaton (£185,426), but was more expensive than Roberttown (£158,726) and Liversedge (£146,942).
In the past year house prices in Mirfield were 3% up on the year before and similar to 2010 when they averaged at £187,836.
