Most of the sales in Monks Park over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £458,500. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £508,333 and flats averaged at £379,500.
Monks Park, with an overall average price of £465,868, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wembley Park (£454,534), but was more expensive than Stonebridge Park (£359,000) and Wembley Central (£428,636).
In the past year house prices in Monks Park were 9% up on the year before and 10% up on 2016 when they averaged at £424,520.
