Monmore Green, with an overall average price of £97,195 was cheaper than nearby Wolverhampton (£182,290), Compton (£233,288) and Goldthorn Park (£176,092).
During the last year, sold prices in Monmore Green were 11% up on the previous year and 10% down on 2006 when the average house price was £108,247.
