Most of the sales in Nansmorna over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £442,489. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £264,627 and semi-detached properties averaged at £259,000.
Nansmorna, with an overall average price of £367,115 was more expensive than nearby Penzance (£223,607), Badgers Cross (£242,178) and Trezelah (£242,178).
In the past year house prices in Nansmorna were 19% up on the year before and 20% up on 2016 when they averaged at £307,165.
