The majority of sales in Newton during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £427,769. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £284,586, with terraced properties fetching £242,645.
Newton, with an overall average price of £321,886 was more expensive than nearby West Cross (£221,254) and Mumbles (£253,931), but was cheaper than Langland (£535,292).
Overall sold prices in Newton over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2014 level of £328,458.
