Most of the sales in Nine Mile Ride over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £674,170. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £400,985 and flats averaged at £262,462.
Nine Mile Ride, with an overall average price of £509,295, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wokingham (£487,249), but was more expensive than Bracknell (£372,484) and Crowthorne (£470,714).
