Most of the sales in North Ferriby over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £366,259. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £223,548 and terraced properties averaged at £159,150.
North Ferriby, with an overall average price of £285,705, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Welton (£274,805), but was more expensive than Hessle (£200,247) and cheaper than Swanland (£317,271).
In the past year house prices in North Ferriby were 16% down on the year before and similar to 2014 when they averaged at £280,346.
