The majority of sales in North Harrow during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £581,491. Terraced properties sold for an average of £557,471, with flats fetching £279,804.
North Harrow, with an overall average price of £502,588, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby West Harrow (£501,597) and Harrow (£484,293), but was more expensive than Rayners Lane (£469,927).
Overall sold prices in North Harrow over the last year were 3% down on the previous year and 15% up on the 2015 level of £435,636.
