The majority of sales in North Harrow during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £552,909. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £588,499, with flats fetching £279,799.
North Harrow, with an overall average price of £494,023, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby West Harrow (£498,355) and Harrow (£481,052), but was more expensive than Rayners Lane (£460,905).
Overall sold prices in North Harrow over the last year were 6% down on the previous year and 13% up on the 2015 level of £435,636.
