Last year most property sales in North Wembley involved flats which sold for on average £374,341. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £475,760, while semi-detached properties fetched £579,250.
North Wembley, with an overall average price of £425,699, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Sudbury Court (£406,174), but was more expensive than Wembley Central (£325,864) and cheaper than Sudbury (£482,939).
During the last year, sold prices in North Wembley were 8% up on the previous year and 32% up on 2015 when the average house price was £321,449.
