Last year most property sales in Northleach involved terraced properties which sold for on average £349,997. Detached properties sold for an average price of £429,636, while semi-detached properties fetched £215,000.
Northleach, with an overall average price of £363,912, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cotswolds (£368,826) and Bourton-On-The-Water (£365,238), but was cheaper than Stow On The Wold (£429,295).
During the last year, sold prices in Northleach were 7% up on the previous year and 11% up on 2014 when the average house price was £328,573.
