The majority of sales in Northumberland Heath during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £341,426. Terraced properties sold for an average of £331,178, with detached properties fetching £534,083.
Northumberland Heath, with an overall average price of £345,308, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Barnehurst (£344,469), but was more expensive than Erith (£293,082) and Belvedere (£290,369).
Overall sold prices in Northumberland Heath over the last year were 15% up on the previous year and 32% up on the 2015 level of £261,721.
