Last year most property sales in Ogmore-By-Sea involved detached properties which sold for on average £480,179. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £222,500, while flats fetched £293,250.
Ogmore-By-Sea, with an overall average price of £434,032 was more expensive than nearby St. Brides Major (£378,438) and Ewenny (£397,150), but was cheaper than Southerndown (£545,000).
During the last year, sold prices in Ogmore-By-Sea were 23% up on the previous year and 24% up on 2012 when the average house price was £349,425.
