Last year most property sales in Old Ford involved flats which sold for on average £454,927. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £858,000, while detached properties fetched £1,000,000.
Old Ford, with an overall average price of £470,349, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bow (£483,264) and South Bromley (£481,935), but was cheaper than Mile End (£558,124).
During the last year, sold prices in Old Ford were similar to the previous year and 5% up on 2016 when the average house price was £448,367.
