The majority of sales in Old Trafford during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £144,740. Terraced properties sold for an average of £209,075, with semi-detached properties fetching £288,743.
Old Trafford, with an overall average price of £178,502, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Salford Quays (£178,530), but was more expensive than Hulme (£167,533) and cheaper than Whalley Range (£244,918).
Overall sold prices in Old Trafford over the last year were 10% down on the previous year and similar to the 2015 level of £177,629.
