The majority of sales in Old Trafford during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £147,385. Terraced properties sold for an average of £222,851, with semi-detached properties fetching £293,411.
Old Trafford, with an overall average price of £186,364, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Salford Quays (£187,042), but was more expensive than Hulme (£172,152) and cheaper than Whalley Range (£245,680).
Overall sold prices in Old Trafford over the last year were 7% down on the previous year and 5% up on the 2015 level of £177,629.
