The majority of sales in Old Trafford during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £150,511. Terraced properties sold for an average of £213,447, with semi-detached properties fetching £280,729.
Old Trafford, with an overall average price of £190,317 was more expensive than nearby Salford Quays (£168,485) and Hulme (£152,517), but was cheaper than Whalley Range (£248,428).
Overall sold prices in Old Trafford over the last year were similar to the previous year and 7% up on the 2015 level of £177,629.
