Oldland Common, with an overall average price of £289,825, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Longwell Green (£282,008), but was more expensive than Warmley (£253,395) and cheaper than Bitton (£316,196).
Overall sold prices in Oldland Common over the last year were 3% down on the previous year and 5% up on the 2015 level of £274,772.
