Last year most property sales in Otford involved detached properties which sold for on average £854,354. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £478,812, while terraced properties fetched £382,600.
Otford, with an overall average price of £658,337, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Shoreham (£634,275) and Sevenoaks (£632,414), but was more expensive than Kemsing (£604,729).
During the last year, sold prices in Otford were 5% down on the previous year and 6% up on 2015 when the average house price was £618,543.
