The majority of sales in Pagham during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £350,169. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £276,400, with terraced properties fetching £270,846.
Pagham, with an overall average price of £295,098, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bognor Regis (£288,136) and Selsey (£303,880), but was cheaper than Aldwick (£341,198).
Overall sold prices in Pagham over the last year were 10% up on the previous year and 17% up on the 2015 level of £253,119.
