Last year most property sales in Penkridge involved detached properties which sold for on average £306,726. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £200,506, while terraced properties fetched £179,138.
Penkridge, with an overall average price of £237,342 was more expensive than nearby Cannock (£178,158) and Hednesford (£183,397), but was cheaper than Brocton (£373,997).
During the last year, sold prices in Penkridge were similar to the previous year and 11% up on 2015 when the average house price was £214,644.
