Last year most property sales in Penn involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £179,304. Detached properties sold for an average price of £258,747, while terraced properties fetched £170,650.
Penn, with an overall average price of £188,266, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Perton (£180,951), but was cheaper than Wombourne (£248,446) and Wall Heath (£230,824).
During the last year, sold prices in Penn were similar to the previous year and similar to 2007 when the average house price was £192,211.
