Pentlow, with an overall average price of £382,500, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cavendish (£395,132), but was more expensive than Sudbury (£250,088) and Glemsford (£241,745).
During the last year, sold prices in Pentlow were 14% down on the previous year and 25% down on 2003 when the average house price was £510,000.
