Last year most property sales in Port Sunlight involved detached properties which sold for on average £215,918. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £150,966, while semi-detached properties fetched £145,471.

Port Sunlight, with an overall average price of £178,852, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bebington (£183,764) and Bromborough (£179,731), but was cheaper than Spital (£263,346).

During the last year, sold prices in Port Sunlight were 18% up on the previous year and 26% up on 2015 when the average house price was £141,949.
