The majority of sales in Potter Heigham during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £241,141. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £214,000, with terraced properties fetching £137,500.
Potter Heigham, with an overall average price of £227,086, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Martham (£218,954), but was more expensive than Stalham (£189,980) and cheaper than Ludham (£246,660).
Overall sold prices in Potter Heigham over the last year were 6% down on the previous year and 16% up on the 2015 level of £196,003.
