Last year most property sales in Potters Bar involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £534,952. Detached properties sold for an average price of £698,369, while flats fetched £315,974.
Potters Bar, with an overall average price of £508,714 was cheaper than nearby Northaw (£1,228,889), Brookmans Park (£1,005,425) and Cuffley Hills (£889,872).
During the last year, sold prices in Potters Bar were 5% up on the previous year and 23% up on 2015 when the average house price was £412,057.
