The majority of sales in Powntley Copse during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £655,499. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £327,070, with flats fetching £191,250.

Powntley Copse, with an overall average price of £457,802 was more expensive than nearby Alton (£356,512) and Bordon (£314,977), but was cheaper than Bentley (£588,333).

Overall sold prices in Powntley Copse over the last year were 19% down on the previous year and 15% down on the 2016 level of £539,324.
