Last year most property sales in Preston involved flats which sold for on average £270,864. Detached properties sold for an average price of £693,750, while semi-detached properties fetched £669,429.
Preston, with an overall average price of £462,622, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wembley Park (£444,130) and Kingsbury (£452,048), but was cheaper than Brent (£487,269).
During the last year, sold prices in Preston were 15% down on the previous year and similar to 2015 when the average house price was £464,933.
