Last year most property sales in Probus involved detached properties which sold for on average £278,956. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £186,977, while terraced properties fetched £168,073.
Probus, with an overall average price of £215,767 was cheaper than nearby Brighton (£236,937), Truro (£263,484) and Devoran (£475,884).
During the last year, sold prices in Probus were 10% down on the previous year and 15% down on 2015 when the average house price was £253,360.
