Last year most property sales in Pyle involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £127,393. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £104,718, while detached properties fetched £176,993.
Pyle, with an overall average price of £125,806, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby North Cornelly (£129,588) and Kenfig Hill (£129,784), but was cheaper than South Cornelly (£170,181).
