Most of the sales in Ravenshead over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £322,538. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £195,000 and terraced properties averaged at £174,500.
Ravenshead, with an overall average price of £306,853 was more expensive than nearby Papplewick (£264,456), Blidworth (£152,718) and Linby (£230,704).
In the past year house prices in Ravenshead were 7% down on the year before and 4% down on 2005 when they averaged at £320,344.
