Last year most property sales in Rayners Lane involved terraced properties which sold for on average £477,133. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £528,519, while flats fetched £276,247.
Rayners Lane, with an overall average price of £468,587 was more expensive than nearby South Harrow (£408,065), but was cheaper than West Harrow (£508,060) and North Harrow (£501,430).
During the last year, sold prices in Rayners Lane were similar to the previous year and 15% up on 2015 when the average house price was £406,555.
