Most of the sales in Reeth over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £180,926. Detached properties had an average sold price of £445,000 and semi-detached properties averaged at £215,833.
Reeth, with an overall average price of £241,433, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Richmond (£235,408), but was more expensive than Catterick Garrison (£155,189) and cheaper than Leyburn (£265,477).
In the past year house prices in Reeth were 28% up on the year before and 19% down on 2013 when they averaged at £298,800.
